By downloading, accessing, or using Zippy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Zippy is a campus food ordering platform that connects students with food vendors within their college or university. We facilitate ordering, payment, and pickup of food items from registered campus vendors.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be a student or staff member of a registered campus to use the service
One account per person is allowed

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance by the vendor
Prices are set by individual vendors and may change without notice
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
Refunds are subject to our refund policy and vendor discretion

5. Order Pickup

You must pick up your order within 15 minutes of receiving the "Ready for Pickup" notification. Orders not picked up may be cancelled without refund. You must show your Order Pass at the counter for verification.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Share your account with others
Place fraudulent orders
Abuse the platform or harass vendors
Attempt to manipulate or hack the system

7. Limitation of Liability

Zippy acts as an intermediary between students and campus food vendors. We are not responsible for food quality, preparation, or any health-related issues arising from food consumption. Vendors are independent businesses responsible for their products.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Zippy after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
